Upon Denis Sorin arrival at the PLM-Azur Marina Park Hotel in Miami, Florida, (a Pullman International Hotel) his goal was to revitalize this 350 rooms and suites property, located across Bayside and the cruise port, which had an average low occupancy rate of 20%.

 

As Deputy General manager, and with a multicultural team of over 100 employees, Denis and his team were able to transform the hotel into a thriving establishment.

 

By the time he departed, the hotel occupancy rate had consistently exceeded 85%, resulting in a strong financial performance.
